A Cameroonian woman living in Hyattsville, Maryland committed suicide by hanging herself after learning that her boyfriend was set to marry another woman on June 3rd, 2023.
The woman, who is reported to have sponsored her boyfriend’s relocation from Cameroon to the US, spent all her savings on him.
However, the man ended the relationship after a while, which profoundly hurt the depressed woman.
Reports suggest that the lady, who comes from the Northwest Region of Cameroon, was heartbroken when she discovered that her ex-boyfriend had moved on and was already planning to marry another woman.
Bella Powers, a Cameroonian activist and humanitarian personnel, disclosed the news in a Facebook post on March 29th, 2022.
