Labour Party candidate Peter Obi has addressed supporters and the press at a polling station in his home town of Agulu, Anambra state, before leaving without casting his ballot.
He said he would come back later – for a third time – to vote.
In his speech, he called on the poorest among the voters to refrain from selling their vote for money.
