In a bid to ensure that the 2023 general election in Nigeria is successful, the Young Ladies in Politics group has started a massive sensitisation campaign across the 36 states of the federation and the federal capital territory.
The group, led by Hon. Dr Izekor Loveth, has been educating market women, young men and women, first time voters and other electorates on how to cast their votes without any errors.
The group has also declared their support for former vice president Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming election. The group is doing all it can to ensure the victory of Atiku Abubakar and other PDP candidates.
In addition, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been sensitising Nigerians and electorates on the electoral practices of the country. INEC has also laid out the legal requirements for declaring a winner in the presidential and legislative polls.
Furthermore, the advocacy group has commenced training and public enlightenment to ensure that the 2023 general elections in Nigeria have the best outcomes for the people. Public enlightenment will go a long way to help in the success of the general elections.
Therefore, the Young Ladies in Politics group and INEC are doing all it can to ensure that the 2023 general election is successful and that the right people are elected.
