Popular comedian, Tobi Owomoyela known as Peteru allegedly died of Cancer at 35 years

(RAW NIGERIA) – Nigerian Comedian and Internet influencer, Tobi Owomoyela, popularly known as Peteru is dead.

The Ibadan comedian died on Wednesday (21st December 2022) at the age of 35. At the time of reporting this news, the family is yet to reveal the cause of the death but with information provided to us by some sources the comedian died of cancer.

He is survived by Bryan, his child, who is with his mother in the United States.

Tobi Owomoyela (Peteru) colleagues in comedy and influencing job have taken social media to mourn his dead.

Actor Muyiwa Ademola, shared a video on his Instagram page early Thursday saying,

“This is a very hard pill to swallow! How could this jolly good fellow just depart this world in this manner? Hmmm… it is well. Please be kind to one another as we don’t even know what we are individually passing through!

I learnt Peteru died of cancer. You were battling such burden yet I never saw you without a smile! It is well. It is well. It is well. Journey well great guy. I am out of words tonight.”
